Our Raw Honey is extracted with minimal handling and heat as possible. 
Our aim is to keep the product as true to natural form, as we can with the bare minimum intervention .
 
We seek the highest nutritional  nectar and pollen for our bees. This is to create strong, healthy fat bees that are resilient and industrious.
